We cater to a variety of tastes, featuring jazz standards, jazz funk, ballads, bossa nova, and lyrical jazz. Our blues selection ranges from Chicago and Texas blues featuring blues Artist of the Year 2025, Connor Selby.

Doors will open at 11:30pm, with the first band starting at 12:00pm.

The school has ample free parking and attendants will show you where to park.

The last band finishes at 10:30pm and the school gates will close at 11:00pm.

We don't trust the UK weather, so the event is held under two large marquees to protect you from rain or, hopefully, sunshine.

No. There will be a large bar offering a wide choice of drinks at very reasonable prices. All the profits go to the Rosemary Foundation, so you'll be helping a good cause. We reserve the right to search bags on entry to the event.

Yes. We welcome picnics, it's part of the Summer festival fun (but no alcohol please!). However, we will have excellent food vendors on site where you'll be able to supplement you picnic with hot food or get your evening meal.

Prepare yourself for a usual June evening, it can get chilly, so coats are recommended. We will be providing as many rugs as we can, but best if you bring your own. We will also put the marquee sides down, to save the warmth.

Yes! We love dogs and dogs love jazz, and so does Bedales School. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, but please clear up any poo. There will be a dogs gazebo with water, treats and poo bags.

Please bring your own camping chair and/or rug. We will have 100 chairs available, but we can't guarantee one for everyone, so it's best to bring your own.

If you lose something at the event, please visit the lost and found booth located near the main entrance. You can also contact us after the event to inquire about lost items.

You'll find a variety of food vendors offering different cuisines and a large bar with a wide selection of drinks. Feel free to bring your own picnic, but please note that no alcohol is allowed.
