Useful Information -FAQs

This will be our first Petersfield Jazz Festival, hopefully the first of many, so some of the features, benefits and rules will be made as we go along. Bear with us and give us feedback as to how we can improve next time.

Here's what we have so far.

What you need to know

Doors will open at 12:00pm

Entrance is via Ramshill gate 

​

Wristbands will be issued to ticket holders

​

Attendants will show you where to park

Bring your camping chairs and rugs, the festival will be inside a marquee but on grass

​

No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in - there will be a bar and Gin stand

​

No picnics either as plenty of food will be available to purchase inside the festival

​

Sadly, no dogs are allowed

​

The festival will end at 10:00pm and gates close at 10:30pm

​

Churcher's College will be having students back from half-term the following Monday, so please respect the school buildings and grounds

Frequently asked questions

FAQs

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Sadly no, we can't allow dogs into the school grounds and festival

​

Q: Can I park my car?

A: Yes, there is ample parking but if everyone brings a car it may be necessary to park in Festival car park, which ios a short walk

​

Q: Can I bring food & drink?

A: No, we have plenty of excellent food and drink traders providing festival fayre

​

Q: What if it rains?

A: You can never rely on the weather and so the festival will be under a large marquee to keep you dry or (hopefully) shaded from the sun

​

Q: What if I fall ill?

A: We will be having two St.John's Ambulance attendants on site for the entire festival. Their gazebo will be clearly signposted

​

Q: What time does the festival start and end

A: Gates will open at 12:00pm with the first performance at 12:30pm. The festival will finish at 10:00pm and we would ask that everyone leaves by 10:30pm
